    Total Posts: 45 Posts

    Name of the Posts: Manager (Security)

    Age Limit: Candidates age should not Less than 21 years and Max. 35 Years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per the Govt Rules. Post wise age details can be referred from the official notification.

    Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by Govt. of India.

    Post Qualification Work Experience & Other stipulations: An Officer with 5 years Commissioned Service in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force OR A Gazetted Police/Para Military/Central Police Organization’s officer not below the rank of Assistant Comdt. With minimum of 05 years of service in grade pay (as per VI pay Commission) of Rs.5,400/- and above.

    Per Month Salary: 31705-1145/1-32850-1310/10-45950 besides other allowances like DA, HRA etc. as per Bank Rules. 

    Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms does not entitle a candidate to be called for selection. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

    Application Fee: For candidates belonging to SC/ST Categories, there is no application fee except intimation charge of Rs.50/-. For all others, the application fee is Rs.300/-. The application fee has to be paid in cash, at any branch of Punjab National Bank. Before depositing the fee, the candidate must download the Cash voucher, in duplicate, from our website www.pnbindia.in link <Recruitment>. The same be duly filled up and presented at the Branch, along with the application fee/intimation charges on or before 01.05.2017. After payment, the candidate must obtain his copy of the cash voucher from the cashier at the branch and ensure that the transaction ID generated is entered in the cash voucher by the Cashier.

Eligible candidates may apply online from 26-04-2017 to 12-05-2017.     Educational Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have holds the Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Human Resources/ Organizational Development from an institute of repute for General Manager-HR (Corporate) Post.

    Candidates should have holds the BE/ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks or B.Sc and MCA from a recognized University/ Institute and MCAs should have done a course in computer organization and Design/ Architecture & Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference or Graduation and MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Marketing & Finance should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation etc for Chief Digital Officer Post.

    Candidates should have holds the Post Graduation in Economics with Monetary/ Financial Economics/ Statistics/ Econometrics as subjects from an Indian/ Foreign University duly recognized by Govt. of India or other regulatory bodies and Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/ or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage for AGM (Economist) Post.

    Candidates should have holds minimum Graduation and membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India for AGM (Company Secretary) Post with concern field experience.

    Method of Selection: Candidates selection will be based on their performance in merit & interview.
